Gluten and Dairy Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 C Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1 C Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C Dairy Free Chocolate Chips*
1. Preheat oven to 350 degress.
2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
3. Drop about 8 Tablespoon-sized cookies onto a cookie sheet and bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Makes 16 cookies.
*You can also use any chocolate that's at least 73% cocoa because it's almost always milk free, as long as it's not processed on the same machinery as other milk or wheat products.

Is your son allergic to all nuts or just peanuts? If he can have almonds, you could try almond butter. I have an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe and just a plain chocolate chip cookie recipe I'll be posting and neither of them contain nuts. As far as tweeking is concerned I'm not sure.-let me know if it turns out.
These cookies are great and so easy to make. I make them all the time when Lance and Ava are over.

These sound so yummy. Unfortunately, my youngest has a peanut allergy so we have to stay away from the peanuts. If I tweeked the recipe a little bit, do you think it would work for other gluten-free cookies as well?
